Creates a reentry workforce development cash assistance pilot program in the Department of Corrections to provide up to $3,000 in cash assistance to persons enrolled in workforce services or training programs after incarceration.

Establishes eligibility requirements including prior incarceration in a state facility, private correctional facility, jail following felony conviction, or juvenile facility; enrollment in a state reentry service provider's workforce program; and enrollment within six months of release.

Cash assistance must be used for basic living expenses including housing, food, health care, hygiene products, clothes, legal obligation payments, transportation, and technology.

Department must contract with a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization by December 31, 2024 to administer the program, with no more than 10% of appropriated funds used for administration costs.

Requires annual surveys of program participants and annual reports to legislative judiciary committees beginning July 1, 2025; program sunsets July 1, 2026.
