Enacts the Physician Assistant Licensure Compact to allow physician assistants with an unrestricted license in one participating state to obtain a "compact privilege" authorizing practice in other participating states without separate licensure.

Establishes the PA Licensure Compact Commission as a national administrative body composed of one delegate from each participating state, with powers including rulemaking, enforcement, and financial management of the compact.

Requires participating states to license PAs, conduct criminal background checks, participate in a national data system tracking licenses and adverse actions, and comply with commission rules and standards.

Specifies requirements for compact privilege eligibility including graduation from an accredited PA program, current national certification, no felony convictions, and a qualifying license in good standing.

Appropriates $78,750 to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies for fiscal year 2024-25 to implement the compact, with $35,000 allocated to information technology services.
