General Assembly shall annually appropriate $250,000 from the general fund to the Public Utilities Commission for ongoing operations of the Colorado 911 Resource Center, beginning in fiscal year 2024-25

Colorado 911 Resource Center must provide quarterly reports to the Public Utilities Commission detailing expenditure and use of appropriated funds, with first report due by October 1, 2024

Public Utilities Commission shall include accounting of center expenditures and fund uses in its annual report to the General Assembly

Center must conduct ongoing surveys of 911 professionals regarding training quality, and survey local 911 authorities and public safety answering points to assess implementation and effectiveness in improving efficiency and crisis response outcomes

Survey results must be summarized in each quarterly report to ensure funded training, guidance, and assistance is being effectively implemented and expended efficiently
