Requires the Colorado Attorney General to establish an initiative promoting respectful engagement and discourse to prevent sharing and spreading of factually inaccurate data.

Directs the Attorney General to develop and share resources for schools, organizations, and community leaders to facilitate productive conversations on statewide and national issues and help people find common ground.

Mandates the Attorney General to collaborate with organizations across the state to develop and update materials related to the resources and coordinate with the Department of Education to make resources available to all schools and school districts.

The statute automatically repeals on July 1, 2026, making this a temporary authorization.
