• Replaces the term "industrial hemp product" with "hemp product" throughout Colorado's marijuana regulation statutes (Article 10 of Title 44)

• Applies the terminology change to medical and retail marijuana licensing rules, testing facility requirements, and product manufacturer regulations

• Maintains existing testing and certification requirements for hemp products used as ingredients in marijuana products or sold through marijuana retailers

• Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to referendum petition provisions
