Provides $1,700,000 for native terrestrial wildlife conservation and $800,000 for native aquatic wildlife conservation.

Dedicates $650,000 to selenium management, research, monitoring, evaluation, and control efforts.

Reserves $50,000 for three species recovery efforts, with funds remaining available until fully expended.
