Submits constitutional amendment to Colorado voters on November 5, 2024, modifying election-related deadlines in Article V, Section 1 and Article VI, Section 25 of the Colorado Constitution.

Extends the initiative petition filing deadline from three months to three months and one week before the general election.

Reduces the referendum petition filing deadline from ninety days to eighty-three days after the final adjournment of the legislative session that passed the bill.

Changes the publication deadline for initiated or referred constitutional amendments from fifteen days prior to voter registration to forty-five days before the election.

Extends the judicial retention declaration filing window by one week on both ends, from between three and six months to between three months and one week and six months and one week prior to the general election.
