Submits a constitutional amendment to Colorado registered electors for a vote on November 5, 2024, to remove the ban on same-sex marriage.

Repeals Section 31 of Article II of the Colorado Constitution, which currently states "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state."

Provides ballot language asking electors: "Shall there be an amendment to the Colorado constitution removing the ban on same-sex marriage?"

Amendment becomes part of the state constitution if a majority of electors voting on the ballot title vote "Yes/For."
