Requirements apply only to institutional investment entities that own 5 or more child care centers in Colorado

The Department of Early Childhood may require institutional investment entities to annually submit financial information, including audited financial statements

Non-compliant child care centers face disciplinary action from the department; the act takes effect upon passage with pricing transparency provisions contingent on Senate Bill 25-004 becoming law
