Qualifying tax expenditures include those with limited dollar/credit amounts available, those requiring discretionary state agency determination, or those requiring application and approval from a state agency

Database must include: intended purpose, eligibility criteria, available amounts, application procedures, timelines, grant writing assistance information, performance/reporting requirements, and contact information

State agencies must provide information to the Department of Revenue upon request to create and maintain the database

Database requires continuous review and updates, with information presentable as links to other state agency websites
