Authorizes owners of surplus military vehicles to register their vehicles with the Colorado Department of Revenue and obtain license plates starting January 1, 2026

Registered surplus military vehicles may be legally driven on public highways if they comply with traffic regulations

Drivers of registered surplus military vehicles must possess a valid driver's license and follow all standard traffic laws

Surplus military vehicles and their owners become subject to standard motor vehicle registration and taxation requirements upon registration

Act takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless a referendum petition is filed
