Authorizes probation officers and probation department employees to share personal information with federal immigration authorities for individuals on probation for specific violent felony offenses

Qualifying offenses include: first degree murder, second degree murder, first degree assault, first degree kidnapping, first or second degree sexual assault, first degree arson, first degree burglary, and aggravated robbery

Amends existing Colorado statute (24-76.6-103) that currently prohibits probation offices from providing personal information to federal immigration authorities

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
