Mandates participation from students in at least one urban, one rural, and one suburban county, with potential expansion subject to available appropriations

Requires BHA to report to legislative committees in 2027 on program effectiveness, including participation numbers, usage hours, crisis referrals, and user satisfaction, along with a recommendation on whether to continue the program

Program automatically repeals on June 30, 2027
