Alternative education campuses (AECs) with fewer than 250 students will not lose their designation if they fall below the 90% high-risk student threshold by no more than three students for one year, provided they meet the threshold the year before and after

Raises the age limit for parents and pregnant students who qualify as "high-risk" at AECs from under 20 years old to 21 years old or younger

AECs may count high-risk students aged 21 or younger in pupil enrollment if the student has sufficient credits to earn a diploma by the end of that school year

Department of Education must give priority points to AECs when administering education grants under Title 22, provided the AEC is eligible and meets grant requirements

Beginning September 2025, the Department of Education must publish an annual report on AEC enrollment trends, student demographics, and student mobility throughout the school year; appropriates $9,613 from the general fund for FY 2025-26 to implement reporting requirements
