Renames the "School Safety Resource Center Advisory Board" to the "Office of School Safety Advisory Board" and relocates its statutory provisions from section 24-33.5-1804 to section 24-33.5-2705

Expands the advisory board's role from recommending policies for just the School Safety Resource Center to recommending policies for the entire Office of School Safety

Maintains the existing 14-member board structure with two-year terms, including representatives from the Department of Education, higher education, law enforcement, behavioral health, public health, and parent organizations

Updates the behavioral health representative appointment from the Department of Human Services to the Behavioral Health Administration commissioner

Allows additional advisory board members to be added with executive director approval and majority vote of existing members
