Requires Colorado to withdraw from the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) within 30 days of the bill's effective date, and mandates annual removal of all voter registration data from the statewide system, verified by a non-state entity

Creates an audit system using 32-character randomly generated audit numbers (RAANs) attached to each ballot; voters may keep a copy and challenge cast vote records for up to $20, refundable if successful

Supersedes all conflicting election laws in Colorado and takes effect 90 days after legislative adjournment, unless subject to referendum petition delaying implementation to November 2026
