Exempts age-appropriate sex education programs in schools that comply with local and federal regulations, as well as parental or guardian discussions about sexual health appropriate to the child's maturity level

First violation is an unclassified misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $10,000; second or subsequent violations carry up to 2 years in jail

Establishments that knowingly permit such exposure are subject to business license revocation
