Medical professionals who violate the prohibition face license revocation, disciplinary action, and civil penalties up to $1,000 per occurrence

Requires state and political subdivision employees to immediately notify parents in writing if a minor exhibits symptoms of gender dysphoria or expresses desire to be treated inconsistently with their sex

Allows parents to withhold consent for treatments designed to form a child's conceptions of sex and gender or to treat gender dysphoria, and prohibits state funds from being used for gender transition procedures on minors

Creates a private right of action allowing harmed individuals to sue for damages, with minors able to file suit up to 20 years after reaching age of majority
