Failure to properly label fuel products constitutes a deceptive trade practice under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, with consumers required to send certified mail notice and allow 45 days to cure violations before enforcement action

Tampering with the warning labels is a criminal violation under section 18-4-510, C.R.S.
