Removes the June 30, 2025 sunset date from Colorado Revised Statutes 18-1.3-704, which addresses outstanding balances owed by juveniles in the justice system

Permanently extends the elimination of certain fees and monetary amounts that juveniles were required to pay prior to House Bill 21-1315 (enacted in 2021)

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
