Reduces the deadline for prosecuting attorneys to submit restitution information to the court from 91 days to 63 days after conviction if not available prior to conviction

Changes the court's deadline to determine the specific restitution amount to 63 days following either the prosecutor's submission of restitution information or the order of conviction, whichever is later (previously 91 days from conviction)

Courts may still extend these deadlines upon showing of good cause or extenuating circumstances affecting the prosecutor's ability to determine restitution

Applies only to defendants sentenced on or after the effective date of the act
