Extends the repeal date of the reporting requirement under the Colorado Child Abuse Prevention Trust Fund Act from July 1, 2027 to July 1, 2030

Mandates submission of the evaluation report to the House and Senate health and human services committees by November 1, 2029

Main trust fund provisions (Sections 26.5-3-201 to 26.5-3-207) remain set to repeal on July 1, 2027, while the reporting section is preserved until 2030
