Reorganizes definitions in Colorado Revised Statutes 12-155-103 (plumbing profession regulations) into alphabetical order by renumbering subsections

Relocates "Colorado fuel gas code" from subsection (6) to (1.2), "Colorado plumbing code" from (5) to (1.4), and "Conservation" from (7) to (1.6)

Updates cross-references in related statutes (sections 12-155-106, 30-28-211, and 31-15-602) to reflect the new subsection numbers

Makes no substantive changes to the definitions or regulatory requirements themselves

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to referendum petition
