Allocates $2,480,000 to the Upper Colorado River endangered fish recovery program

Provides $1,250,000 each for native terrestrial wildlife conservation and native aquatic wildlife conservation

Allocates $20,000 for selenium management, research, monitoring, evaluation, and control

Funds remain available until fully expended, with the Department of Natural Resources executive director authorized to obligate and spend the appropriations
