Designated representatives must notify the Secretary of State when a petition reaches 75% of required signatures; the Secretary of State must maintain a public list of petitions reaching this threshold

Motions for rehearing must be filed by 5 p.m. on the seventh day after the title board's decision, with expedited 48-hour hearings for decisions made at the final April meeting
