Social equity marijuana license holders with delivery or transporter permits may deliver regulated marijuana to hotels in Denver that are registered to receive deliveries and have authorized marijuana delivery through a state-created registry

Hotels receiving deliveries must not be licensed to serve alcohol, and the local jurisdiction must have authorized marijuana delivery under existing law

Social equity license holders with marijuana hospitality business licenses may obtain special event permits to sell regulated marijuana; other retail license holders may partner with qualified social equity licensees for special events

Special event permits are limited to 15 days per calendar year per licensee, with sales allowed between 7 a.m. and 2 a.m., and applications must be approved or denied within 90 days

Violations at special events where the responsible party cannot be identified may result in fines of up to $25 per licensee or $200 aggregate, but joint fines cannot be used for license revocation
