Approves additions, modifications, and deletions to the Drinking Water Project Eligibility List, which determines which projects qualify for financial assistance from the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF)

Approves additions, modifications, and deletions to the Water Pollution Control Project Eligibility List, which determines which projects qualify for financial assistance from the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF)

Adds 15 new entities to the Drinking Water Project Eligibility List for water management facilities including treatment plants, distribution systems, storage, and meters

Adds 10 new entities to the Water Pollution Control Project Eligibility List for wastewater treatment system improvements including treatment plants, collection systems, and stormwater infrastructure

Deletes completed or no longer needed projects from both lists, including Superior Metropolitan District No. 1 from the drinking water list and Gunnison County/Somerset Domestic Water District and Lone Tree Creek WWTF from the water pollution control list
