Notes the U.S. led a 42-country international coalition—the largest since World War II—to liberate Iraqi-occupied Kuwait

Encourages all Coloradans to remember the sacrifices made by Gulf War veterans and their families

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, United Veterans Coalition of Colorado, the President, Governor Polis, and the Colorado Congressional delegation
