Designates the portion of Colorado State Highway 1 from East County Road 60 to Interstate 25 in Larimer County as the "Commissioner Lew Gaiter III Memorial Highway"

Honors Lewis "Lew" Leon Gaiter III, who served as Larimer County Commissioner for District 1 from January 2010 until his death in September 2018, including roles as chair of the Board of Commissioners and president of Colorado Counties, Inc.

Authorizes the Colorado Department of Transportation to accept gifts, grants, and donations for initial sign placement

Permits CDOT to explore a cooperative agreement with Larimer County Board of Commissioners for ongoing sign maintenance

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Commissioner Gaiter's widow Jeannette, mother Sandra, and his nine children
