Designates April 25, 2025, as "Sportsmen's Day" in Colorado to recognize hunters and anglers for their contributions to conservation

Urges General Assembly members to join the Colorado Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, a nonpartisan caucus formed in 2002

Encourages public and private institutions to collaborate with the Sportsmen's Caucus to support sportsmen's role in maintaining Colorado's economic and environmental health

Recognizes that Colorado's 1.2 million hunters and anglers contribute over $3.2 billion annually in economic output, support 25,000 jobs, and generate $187 million in state and local taxes

Acknowledges that sportsmen generated over $136 million in 2021 for Colorado Parks and Wildlife through the American System of Conservation Funding
