Creates majority and minority caucus staff positions including Chiefs of Staff, Deputy Chiefs, policy analysts, communications advisors, and budget directors for both parties

Includes 8 student positions from Arrupe Jesuit High School as Front Office Information Clerks and Visitor Aides, plus 2 joint House-Senate positions for print shop and state services
