Highlights historic milestones including Jeannette Dunham Bennett and Ann Hunt becoming the first women to earn law degrees in Colorado in 1894, and Ida L. Gregory becoming the state's first female judge in 1903

Notes that women comprised 41% of attorneys in Colorado as of 2024, and Monica M. Márquez became the first Latina and first openly gay Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court in 2024

Acknowledges the CWBA's Judicial Committee assists women in applying for judicial positions and works to combat bias and discrimination against women in the courtroom

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Colorado Women's Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association
