Appropriates $7,500,000 from the General Fund to the Division of Fire Prevention and Control for fiscal year 2024-25, with unexpended funds carrying over to fiscal year 2025-26

Directs the division to study and develop AI applications that predict, mitigate, or assist in fighting wildfires

Requires AI-generated data to be incorporated into maps showing vegetation/fuel classification, wildfire ignition potential after lightning events, active wildfire perimeters, and predicted fire spread areas

Authorizes the division to contract with third parties that have already developed AI wildfire tools

Permits the division to seek and accept gifts, grants, and donations from private or public sources for these purposes
