Protected information includes names, phone numbers, home and business addresses, email addresses, and any other identifying information related to depredation claims or site assessments

County-level aggregate data remains publicly accessible, including number of claims, dollar amounts, settlements, pending claims, and denied claims with reasons

Confidentiality protections are waived if the claimant voluntarily makes their information publicly known through their own actions or statements

Claimants retain the right to access their own records, and information about nonlethal predator-livestock conflict measures may be disclosed if it does not identify specific individuals or businesses
