Restricts how reporting hospitals may use 340B savings, prohibiting expenditures on board compensation exceeding 35% of total annual compensation, lobbying, advertising/PR, tax penalties, board travel/entertainment, and gifts

Requires hospital covered entities to report annually on 340B savings amounts, how savings are used, drug acquisition costs, and charity care costs

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive trade practices, with each drug package representing a separate violation; the Attorney General may investigate complaints and persons regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy may face discipline
