Amends the FY 2024-25 appropriation to the Department of Early Childhood, increasing total funding from $769,036,813 to $770,293,522 (net increase of approximately $1.26 million)

Increases General Administration Personal Services funding by $600,000 (from $7,386,802 to $7,986,802), with $500,000 additional General Fund allocation

Adjusts Payments to OIT (Office of Information Technology) downward by approximately $144,322, reducing the allocation from $12,929,354 to $12,785,032

Modifies Indirect Cost Assessment allocations across multiple divisions, including increases to Partnerships and Collaborations (from $259,355 to $308,524) and Licensing and Administration (from $2,671,992 to $3,178,558)

Reduces Personal Services appropriations in several divisions, including Early Learning Access and Quality (reduced by $200,000) and Community and Family Support (reduced by $200,000)
