Adjusts General Fund allocation from $35,302,969 to $35,248,041, with corresponding reductions in cash funds and reappropriated funds

Increases Colorado Disability Opportunity Office appropriation from $5,538,925 to $5,638,925 by adding $100,000 from the Disabled Parking Education and Enforcement Fund

Amends the FY 2024-25 Long Bill (HB 24-1430) and HB 24-1360 to reflect these supplemental budget adjustments for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024
