Amends the FY 2024-25 appropriation for the Legislative Department, increasing the total from $7,692,845 to $7,719,154 in General Fund dollars

Increases Payments to OIT (Office of Information Technology) from $171,110 to $197,419, a net increase of $26,309

Maintains existing appropriations including $752,000 for Property Tax Study, $3,000,000 for Ballot Analysis, and $2,647,508 for Maintenance of Legislative Space

Applies to fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, modifying the original Long Bill (HB 24-1430)

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
