Amends the FY 2024-25 appropriation for the Colorado Department of Personnel, increasing total funding from $289,399,577 to $291,463,814 (a net increase of approximately $2.06 million)

Increases General Fund appropriation from $39,393,450 to $39,997,618 and Cash Funds from $27,791,496 to $30,593,322

Adds $958,992 to Payments to OIT (Office of Information Technology), increasing the line item from $11,879,163 to $12,838,155

Increases Vehicle Replacement Lease/Purchase funding by $1,105,245, from $30,293,122 to $31,398,367, with authority for financed purchases up to $47 million over ten years

Modifies funding source allocations for CORE Operations, shifting amounts between the Supplier Database Cash Fund and Statewide Financial Information Technology Systems Cash Fund
