Reduces payments to OIT from $19.6 million to $18.7 million and leased space costs from $5.6 million to $5.2 million

Extends the $3 million DNA Testing and Reimbursement appropriation through FY 2025-26 with new reporting requirements, including 30-day email updates on sexual assault kit backlogs and a public-facing dashboard

Adds $1.12 million for a new Multidisciplinary Crime Prevention and Crisis Intervention Grant Program funded through the corresponding grant fund
