Amends the FY 2024-25 appropriation to the Colorado Department of Transportation, modifying amounts originally set in HB 24-1430

Increases Administration funding from $49,906,487 to $49,983,751, with cash funds from the State Highway Fund adjusted to $49,913,751

Reduces Construction, Maintenance, and Operations funding from $1,658,620,633 to $1,658,543,369, with State Highway Fund portion decreased from $742,141,324 to $742,064,060

Maintains total Department of Transportation appropriation at approximately $2.06 billion across cash funds ($1.2 billion), reappropriated funds ($5.3 million), and federal funds ($860.7 million)

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
