Increases Unclaimed Property Program operating expenses from $1,348,180 to $1,395,610, funded from the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund

Adds new footnote clarifying that $165,371,147 for Direct Distribution for Unfunded Actuarial Accrued PERA Liability attributable to K-12 public education is included for informational purposes per state constitutional spending limits

Net supplemental increase of $77,554, with General Fund portion increasing by $14,010 and Cash Funds increasing by $63,544
