Increases the state share of school districts' total program funding by $64,076,611 for the 2024-25 budget year to address higher-than-anticipated pupil counts and lower-than-expected local tax revenues

Raises the minimum total program funding floor from $9,735,767,429 to $9,773,152,749 for all districts, including institute charter schools

Increases the State Share of Districts' Total Program Funding appropriation from $5,090,874,785 to $5,152,523,846, with additional cash funds from the State Education Fund

Adjusts Extended High School appropriation from $21,030,932 to $23,458,482 and revises TREP Program participant estimates from 250 to 210 FTE students

Repeals the Total Program Reserve Fund provision effective July 1, 2025
