Licensed spirituous liquor manufacturers may conduct tastings at up to two approved sales room locations, increased from the current limit of one additional location beyond the licensed premises.

Manufacturers may apply for a permit to serve and sell alcohol beverages acquired from state-licensed wholesalers at their premises or sales rooms, with sales from wholesaler-acquired products capped at 50% of total alcohol beverage sales.

Permit applications must be posted conspicuously at the location for 30 days and published once in a local newspaper before the state licensing authority decides on approval.

Manufacturers with the wholesaler permit must have sandwiches and light snacks available but are not required to serve full meals.

Manufacturers using alcohol modifiers (vermouth, amaros, liqueurs) for cocktails must combine them with a spirituous liquor and cannot sell modifiers separately.
