Extends the HOA Information and Resource Center's repeal date from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2030, continuing the agency for five additional years

Changes appointment authority for the HOA Information Officer from the executive director to the director of the division

Prohibits appointing anyone as HOA Information Officer who has been licensed or registered with the division within the preceding ten years, or who holds financial interests in regulated corporations

Requires candidates for HOA Information Officer to be balanced, independent, unbiased, and free from financial ties to HOA boards or HOA management service providers

Updates gendered language ("his or her") to gender-neutral terms throughout the statute
