Extends the workers' compensation health-care providers accreditation program from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2036, implementing recommendations from the 2024 DORA sunset report

Clarifies that "physician" for Level I and Level II accreditation means those licensed under the Colorado Medical Practice Act, and that licensure alone does not confer accreditation

Expands Level I accreditation eligibility to health-care professionals regulated under Title 12 who are listed in the utilization standards

Removes dentists, podiatrists, and chiropractors from the definition of "physician" for Level I accreditation purposes (though they may still qualify under the new health-care professional provision)

Appropriates $123,933 from the workers' compensation cash fund for FY 2025-26, including $108,545 for 1.6 FTE and $15,388 for operating expenses
