Appropriates $74,577,313 to the Colorado legislative department for FY 2025-26, funded by $72,829,086 from the general fund, $5,000 from cash funds, and $1,743,227 from reappropriated funds.

Allocates funds across six divisions: General Assembly ($24,804,210 for 173.4 FTE), Office of the State Auditor ($13,961,277 for 83.1 FTE), Joint Budget Committee ($3,013,629 for 20.3 FTE), Legislative Council ($17,384,445 for 109.9 FTE), and Committee on Legal Services ($10,798,740 for 65.1 FTE).

Designates $4,615,012 from the general fund for PERA Amortization Equalization Disbursement and PERA Supplemental Amortization Equalization Disbursement.

Appropriates $5,000 from the general fund to the Youth Advisory Council cash fund for FY 2025-26.

Amends HB24-1347 to allow $150,000 allocated for document remediation in FY 2024-25 to roll over to FY 2025-26 if not expended by July 1, 2025.
