Extends the regulatory functions of the Department of Public Health and Environment for community integrated health-care service agencies from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2034

Expands the definition of "community integrated health-care service" to include mobile integrated health care and services provided by practitioners other than community paramedics, as determined by board rule

Updates terminology throughout the statute, changing references from "consumers" to "patients or clients" when describing those served by community integrated health-care service agencies

Clarifies that "convicted" includes entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere for purposes of license denial, suspension, or revocation based on criminal history

Implements recommendations from the 2024 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies
