Extends the Primary Care Payment Reform Collaborative's repeal date from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2032, continuing it for seven additional years

Adds a new requirement for the collaborative to develop alternative payment models responsive to the needs of pediatric primary care delivery

Expands collaborative membership to explicitly include pediatric primary care providers alongside general primary care providers

Moves the sunset review process from section 24-34-104 to section 2-3-1203 of Colorado Revised Statutes
