Requires health insurers to maintain coverage for preventive health-care services based on federal Task Force A or B recommendations, ACIP recommendations, and comprehensive guidelines that were in effect in January 2025, even if those federal guidelines are repealed or modified

Authorizes the Insurance Commissioner to adopt rules enforcing the January 2025 preventive care standards or alternative standards developed by Colorado's Nurse-Physician Advisory Task Force (NPATCH)

Grants the Commissioner authority to require coverage of additional preventive health-care services beyond those currently listed in statute based on recommendations from federal bodies or NPATCH

Exempts health savings account-qualified insurance policies from the new preventive coverage requirements to the extent necessary to maintain federal HSA eligibility

Adds preventive health-care service updates to NPATCH's duties, requiring the task force to consult with national clinical societies and provide input opportunities for disease experts, patient groups, and insurers when making recommendations
